- Assist clients in preparation of Bidding Forms and conditions of the building contract
- Prepare solicitation for bids, or arrange for bids from qualified Contractors
- Review questions and issue clarifications to the Owners, Bidders, Suppliers and issue revisions when required
- Receive, open and review the Bids with the Client
- Advise Clients as to the qualifications of bidders and to the completeness of the bids received
- Shop drawings review for design concept compliance
- On site review of construction concerns as they arise
- Revisions to reduce size, scope or for value engineering
- Evaluation of alternative detailing, techniques, etc
- Material selections and sample reviews
