This late 1800’s residence was completely renovated while tryng to maintain a sensitivity to its original character. The home size was doubled including a new two-car garage with a full basement underneath to maximize the house footprint on a small village lot. A kitchen and master suite was also added to the rear. The exterior was re-clad, with care in the details, to intergrate the addition with the original house.
