This home was designed for a very active family. The idea was to design an inviting traditional home that would bring back the feel of a charming old auto baron’s estate home, while still making it very usable for a modern active family. Interior and exterior materials were of the highest quality with long-term durability an important selectiton criteria. The plan is fairly open between family areas while still very definable as seperate spaces. The lower level includes a theater room, indoor swimming pool, kitchen, Old Wolrd style bar, activity area and a wine making cellar. The home was also designed to entertain at least fifty people seated at one time.
