Scope of Basic Service
There is no fee for the initial consultation. A proposal will be prepared based on the initial consultation and will give a more detailed scope of services based on the individual clients needs.
As your Architect, CBi Design Professionals, Inc., will advise you on the design and construction of your project. We will be your consultant and agent when so authorized.
Our Basic Services will cover the entire project including architectural design and documents, structural documents and electrical drawings.
CBi Design Professionals, Inc. may employ outside consultants to perform services listed above as we deem beneficial to your project. When consultants are used, we will maintain responsibility for coordination of their services to ensure complete and cohesive service.
